What happens after I get in touch?
We'll reply within one business day to set up a short conversation, either in person at your strata or online, whichever fits your council. There's no obligation, and we don't send a quote, we listen, learn how your building runs, and figure out together whether our support would actually help.
Do you take over the building or replace our strata manager?
No. We don't take buildings over. We back self-managing councils and councils that want experienced advice, so your council always stays in charge of your strata. The support sits beside you, not above you.
Do we have to commit to an ongoing arrangement?
Not at all. Some councils bring us in for a single major decision or project, others use us as a steady second opinion through the year, and others lean on us for the full self-management support package. You decide the depth, and you can change it as your building's needs change.
